Operations Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range*: $60,000 - $70,000

*This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

As an Operations Specialist you would work directly with all Amatriot team members in a variety of critical capacities that are outlined below. Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Specialist you will provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Amatriot Operations team, helping ensure accurate and timely execution of customer, billing, and reporting processes. This role will work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain data integrity, support financial and operational activities, and help drive efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Partner closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to support timekeeping, invoicing, and contract compliance activities.
  • Prepare customer reports, maintain accurate operational data, and ensure reporting and customer timekeeping deadlines are consistently met.
  • Support customer invoice generation and payment reconciliation; investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, maintain accurate documentation and records, respond to internal and customer inquires, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business news and growth.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Experience in an operations, administrative, billing, customer service, or related support role

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Small business experience
  • Strong operational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Experience with customer and client engagement
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Must be proficient with utilizing Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively over the phone and in-person at all organizational levels
