Cloud Analyst | TSA – DHS Opportunity

Location: 100% Remote

Clearance: Minimum Public Trust Required

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range*: $50,000 - $80,000.

*This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Position Summary:

Cloud Analyst with experience in AWS and/or Azure, analyzing performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends, supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management

Required Skills:

• Strong in data analysis & reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) with proven ability to analyze cloud cost/consumption and drive optimization
• Experience supporting ITSM/ITOM (incident, change, SLA reporting) and disaster recovery tracking

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working within enterprise architecture/governance frameworks, supporting documentation and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree (IS, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related).
• 4-7 years relevant experience in AWS and/or Azure, analyzing performance, availability, operational metrics, and incident trends, supporting cloud operations and lifecycle management.
