Business Analyst | TSA – DHS Opportunity

Location: 100% Remote

Clearance: Minimum Public Trust Required

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range*: $40,000 - $70,000.

*This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Position Summary:

Business Analyst I with experience supporting enterprise architecture (EA) or configuration management documentation, including updating system artifacts, technical diagrams, and maintaining architecture repositories in federal IT environments

Required Skills:

• Strong in system documentation and data validation across stakeholders, with familiarity in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain SELC and EA artifacts, produce clear technical documentation, and collaborate across technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business/IS/CS/Engineering or related).
• 2+ years relevant experience supporting enterprise architecture (EA) or configuration management documentation, including updating system artifacts, technical diagrams, and maintaining architecture repositories in federal IT environments.
